Fincorex® is a web-based application designed to address the challenges of large organizations, where hundreds of employees need to collaborate on budgeting and cost analysis.
The system centralizes all financial data in one place, updates it in real time, and enables multiple users to work simultaneously on the same forms.
It comes with built-in financial logic and was developed by professionals experienced in controlling and financial management. As a result, it’s not only powerful and efficient but also intuitive, easy to use, and simple to maintain.
Fincorex® integrates seamlessly with MS Excel and also provides a dedicated connector for Power BI.
We offer two deployment models: on-premise and SaaS (Software as a Service).
In the on-premise version, the system is installed directly on the client’s servers. This gives full control over the environment — from configuration and security to compliance with internal and external regulations. It’s the preferred option for organizations managing their own IT infrastructure.
In the SaaS model, the responsibility for infrastructure, maintenance, updates, and security lies with Fincorex®. The client uses the system via subscription, without investing in hardware or IT resources. The subscription can be terminated with one month’s notice.
The system’s open architecture allows integration with popular accounting and ERP platforms such as Symfonia, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and enova365, as well as with HR, sales, and project management tools.
Yes. In Fincorex®, you can create detailed permission groups and grant access to users only for the data relevant to their work.
For example: project managers can analyze the profitability of their own projects only, key account managers can plan and monitor revenues for their clients, cost center owners can view financial results for their own departments.
Cross-permissions can also be configured for instance, a fleet manager can forecast all costs in their department, but also plan fleet-related costs for all departments across the company.
Implementation time depends on the project scope and level of integration.
Smaller projects, such as CAPEX planning or departmental and personnel cost planning, can be implemented within a few weeks.
For larger projects, such as full controlling or financial consolidation deployments, implementation typically takes between 2 and 4 months.
During the implementation phase, we provide comprehensive training for users and administrators to help them fully leverage the system’s capabilities.
Training covers both the use of the application and the configuration of controlling processes.
Additionally, we offer ongoing technical and business support, including process consulting and supplementary training, to help clients adapt to evolving organizational needs.
