§1. General Information

  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data regarding data voluntarily provided on the Service.
  5. The Service uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Managing a newsletter
    • Handling inquiries via forms
    • Fulfillment of ordered services
    • Presentation of offers or information
  6. The Service collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    • Through voluntarily submitted data in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    • By storing cookies on end devices (so-called "cookies").

Personal data processing is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), taking into account the provisions of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and other generally applicable laws.

§2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.
  2. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way — it cannot be reversed, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.
  3. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backup copies.
  4. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator for personal data processing, which particularly includes regular updates of programming components.

§3. Hosting

  1. The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on servers provided by the operator: webflow.com.

§4. Your Rights and Additional Information on the Use of Data

  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to share your personal data with other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • Hosting companies under a data processing agreement
    • Authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website’s operation
    • Companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be kept longer than necessary to perform activities related to them as specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting requirements). Marketing-related data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

  4. You have the right to object, under point 3.3(c), to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the Administrator’s legitimate interests, including profiling, provided that the objection cannot be exercised when there are legally valid grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the use of the Service.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under a concluded contract and for direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer your data outside the European Union.

§5. Information in Forms

  1. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if submitted.
  2. The Service may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In certain cases, the Service may store information that facilitates linking form data with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user’s email address may appear within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data submitted in forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific function of the form, e.g., to handle a service request, commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each form clearly indicates its context and purpose.

  1. Information about user behavior on the Service may be logged. These data are used for the administration of the Service.

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not share personal data with this service provider; only anonymized information is transmitted. This service relies on cookies stored on the user’s end device. Regarding user preference data collected by the Google advertising network, users can view and modify information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
  2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques to tailor advertising messages to user behavior on the website. While this may give the impression that personal data is used to track the user, in practice no personal data is transmitted from the Operator to advertising service providers. A technical requirement for these activities is that cookies are enabled.
  3. The Operator uses solutions that automate Service operations with respect to users, e.g., sending emails to users after visiting a specific subpage, provided they have consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
