Needs and process analysis

The first step is a detailed analysis of your organization’s needs.

We meet with members of the finance team to understand how key processes operate within the company. We map procedures, data sources, reporting requirements, and KPIs, taking into account legal and organizational specifics. We provide process consulting and propose alternative approaches to reporting, analysis, and consolidation.

Based on this, we prepare an implementation concept that includes integration with source systems, a project timeline, and a proposed mapping of your processes into the system.

Designing models and forms

Next, we create models reflecting the company’s structure and processes.

We design planning forms, reports, and rules that define the data models and relationships between them. If the system is integrated with the ERP, we enable drill-down to accounting details. We prepare visualizations and dashboards that facilitate quick and intuitive analysis of key financial indicators.

For consolidation processes, we configure intercompany eliminations and currency conversions.

The models are scalable and flexible, enabling the organization to easily adapt the system in the future, such as adding new entities, cost centers, or data sources.

Data integration

At this stage, Fincorex® is connected to all relevant source systems: accounting, ERP, sales, and HR.

We map cost centers, projects, and user accounts so that data from different areas is consistent and can be consolidated into a unified structure. The system is populated with both current and historical data, allowing users to perform comparative reporting and trend analysis.

We implement synchronization mechanisms ensuring that all information in the system can update automatically at intervals defined by the organization.

Testing and verification

Once the system is configured, we perform comprehensive testing of all models.

We verify the correctness of forms, reports, and calculation mechanisms to ensure they produce the expected results. End users validate data visibility according to their assigned permissions. All reported comments and issues are addressed and corrected. In parallel with testing, full system documentation is prepared.

Training

We conduct training sessions for both system users and administrators, enablingthem to efficiently enter, analyze, manage, and maintain data in their dailywork once the system goes live.

Go-live

The final stage is launching the system in the production environment.

This is the moment when Fincorex® begins to truly support the company’s financial management. During this phase, we provide not only technical assistance in operating the platform but also process-oriented guidance, offering best practices for reporting, analysis, and consolidation.
